This is a Schmid Tool trigger (OEM Packaged).
The Schmid Tool 2-stage trigger features a 4.5 lb total pull weight and a durable Nickel Boron finish, ensuring a smooth pull and crisp break every time you squeeze the trigger. The two stages of this trigger consist of an initial 2 lb pull that brings you to a “wall”, where the hammer and trigger are set to break for the shot. After that, it’s only a 2.5 lb pull to fire, helping you to make accurate shots with short resets in between.
Installation is quick and easy, with no gunsmithing required. The Schmid Tool 2-Stage Nickel Boron Trigger is compatible with most AR-15 and AR-10 platforms and is designed to meet or exceed MIL-SPEC standards for quality and reliability.

Great trigger
This is a great trigger for the price. It’s equal to the match trigger on my M1A, and just a fraction less good than the high dollar drop-ins my buddies are using.

Schmid 2 stage trigger
Fantastic trigger! I have Geissele and LaRue triggers, this is on par with those. Can't beat it for the money.

Schmid Tool 2 stage trigger
I replaced the standard trigger on my PSA ar-15. It is smooth. It's has a great feel to the pull. No jerkiness, and a short reset. I will be replacing my two other ar-15's triggers with this one.

Such a great trigger for a great price. Clean brake, nice audible reset, and smooth. Best bang for your buck in the trigger category. Checked with my dog and he gave the bonus dog treat top marks too...
