No question, LaRue Tactical is particular about accuracy. Everyone knows that one of the smartest improvements an AR-owner can do to their rifle is a precision trigger upgrade. Everyone also knows that LaRue Tactical has a track-record of doing things right. The LaRue MBT-2S was purposefully designed and manufactured to render the greatest benefits from a legendary line of accurate rifles. The MBT-2S can also replace the stock trigger on any mil-spec AR10/AR15 lower receiver.
Sparing no expense, all major components are precision-machined from S7 Tool Steel. The result of this extra effort is a glass-smooth, hyper-consistent trigger that will satisfy even the most scrupulous competition shooter, but also be overly rugged for the battlefield. The MBT-2S breaks crisply at 4.5 lbs (2.5 lb first stage, 2 lb second stage) and has a smooth and positive reset. Each trigger comes with an additional "heavy" trigger spring that increases the pull weight to 6 lbs.

I use this trigger in every single ar platform gun that I own. There isn't a better trigger in this price range (this trigger is also better than a lot of other more expensive triggers )and as always arftac shipped it lightning quick

LARUE TACTICAL MBT-2S TRIGGER
It's different than a Geissele, but it's really hard to say one is better than the other. Both have the edge over the other in different ways. I prefer the Larue as a "duty" trigger over Geissele. At half the price of a Geissele on one of the rare "super sales" the Larue is a much better value. The pins are different than pictured. They come with grooves on each side for the hammer spring giving you better pin retention. I find of I use the heavy spring that ships with the package, the reset is very nice and clean... not so much with the lighter spring that comes on the trigger. Very pleased with the service from ARFTAC. Every order has shipped immediately, was packaged nicely, and arrived as described with a doggo treat to boot!

Very good.
This is an extremely good two stage trigger. The break is crisp with essentially zero creep. The trigger face is a little thick and boxy but I don't mind it as much as some people. Only downside is you need to remove the safety selector to install this trigger which is not a big deal whatsoever. I am also a big fan of the Schmid Tool Nickel Boron Two Stage trigger which many companies sell including Arftac. It can be found on sale for around $60 but I would argue the Larue is in fact $30 better than the Schmid tool. Both great options. Hard to justify spending more than $90 for the Larue for something like a Geissele in my opinion. Larue is very good and I would put the schmid trigger in a close second. Great service from Arftac. Shipped right away.

Have several and will get more. Pretty much on par with Geissele ssa at half the price. Best value for a quality 2-stage. My order was processed, shipped, and received at lightning speed. My first order. Will order from you guys again. Dog really liked the treat!
